The 2024 Scouts BSA Troop 800 Mulch Sale is officially complete. We have delivered nearly 30,000 bags of mulch -- the majority of which took place in an 8-hour period of time. Many people do not realize the magnitude of what it takes to make this happen. If not for the generous donation of time from the scouts, their families, our leaders, past scouts and numerous volunteers, Troop 800 would not be where we are today. We thank you, our customers, for ensuring we will be able to continue this program and to pass along the skills and knowledge for these scouts to become the successful leaders of the future.
For the second year in a row, the scouts and families of Scouts BSA Troop 800 collected and donated turkeys to the Cumberland Food Bank. This year, these donations will help provide a holiday meal for at least 52 families.
